DEFINITIONS
Agent – ​​SIA “EUROTRAVEL”, registration number 40003495064, legal address Caunes iela 10 k-1-43, Riga, LV-1006. Client – ​​a natural and/or legal person who books and purchases services on the Agent’s website and on partner websites. Website – a website where the airline ticket booking system operated by SIA EUROTRAVEL is located.


TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE
The use of any of the sections of the Site, as well as the booking systems located on partner websites by the User means that he agrees with the offers set out in this section. Approval of the “Terms” section on the Site or on partner websites by the User is equivalent to the User’s final consent to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and its mutual signing.

The website’s booking system is designed to facilitate the user’s process of familiarizing themselves with airline offers, as well as to reserve and issue only electronic airline tickets. Customers are served by the company SIA EUROTRAVEL.

Important!

We draw your attention to the main terms of the agreement:

– airline tickets are issued only after receiving full payment;

– changes to already issued tickets are not possible. Except for cases when it is permitted by the airline;

– an additional fee is charged for changes to issued airline tickets. The amount of the fee depends on the tariff rules of the specific airline;

– if the flight did not take place due to the passenger’s fault, the payment for the order is not refunded;

– if the flight did not take place due to the airline’s fault, the full payment is refunded, minus the administrative fee. The amount of the administrative fee is from 10 EUR to 50 EUR per passenger.

All contracts for transportation services, information about which is posted in the Site’s booking system, are concluded by the User directly with the persons providing these services (air carriers).

This Agreement is considered concluded when the User confirms his/her consent to its terms (activation of the “Terms” section), after which the Agreement is considered the basic document in the official mutual relations between the User and the Site’s booking system.

The primary condition for concluding this Agreement is the User’s legal capacity and capacity to act in concluding such type of contracts. In particular, a User who has reached the age of 18 may place an order or book services in the Site’s booking system.

By agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, the User confirms his/her rights and capacity to act, financial solvency, and also acknowledges responsibility for the obligations assumed by him/her as a result of concluding this Agreement and using the Site’s booking system.

The User confirms the truthfulness of his/her personal data, as well as passenger data, which he/she enters when working with the Site’s booking system, and assumes all responsibility for their accuracy, completeness and truthfulness. Changing the personal data of any passenger in the placed order, the tariffs agreed in the order become invalid, since in order to change these passenger data in the order, it is necessary to cancel it and place a new order. Accordingly, the User assumes all possible commercial risks (placing a new order, tariff changes, etc.) associated with his/her fault in actions, making errors, inaccuracies in the provision of personal data.

When working with the Site, partner sites and the booking system, the User, by providing information about his/her e-mail address, agrees to receive commercial communications from the domains of SIA EUROTRAVEL. The recipient of a commercial communication is given an unambiguous free opportunity to refuse further use of his/her e-mail address at each subsequent moment of receiving the service.


OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

When working with the Site, partner sites and the booking system, the user undertakes to provide only true and accurate personal data. Otherwise, the Site administration and its owners do not bear responsibility for the results of booking and paying for services. All information about the purchased electronic ticket, check-in for the flight, as well as changes related to the flight, is sent to the Client by SIA EUROTRAVEL to the specified e-mail.

SIA EUROTRAVEL is not responsible for the possible consequences if the Client, due to technical reasons, has not read the information sent by e-mail (for example, if the Client’s mail server is not working or the letter ended up in the “SPAM” folder of the Client’s mailbox). Every passenger must register for the flight. The Client assumes responsibility for checking in for the flight and possible costs associated with registration. You can check in for the flight both at the airport and on the Internet. Please note that airlines may charge an additional fee for checking in at the airport.

If the client is unable to check in online due to technical problems, the client is obliged to inform SIA EUROTRAVEL about the problems no later than 24 hours before departure ([email protected], phone – +371 67284818, +371 28336655). Otherwise, the client will have to cover all possible expenses related to the lack of check-in.

When checking in online, the Customer must print out his/her boarding pass and present it at the airport. In the event that the Customer does not have a printed boarding pass with him/her, the airline has the right to charge the Customer a fee for issuing a boarding pass. SIA EUROTRAVEL is not responsible for any expenses related to the Customer not having a boarding pass.

The website’s reservation system is a dynamic system, the components of which may be changed or supplemented at any time, therefore the user is offered to use the reservation system in the “as is” mode. In the event of complete or partial inoperability of the system and its components for a certain period of time, as well as if the user is unable to access the system or if he/she suffers any indirect or direct losses due to the aforementioned circumstances, SIA EUROTRAVEL does not assume any liability to the user.

All offers, prices, and sales conditions on the Site and partner sites are subject to change without notice to the user, may be limited in time, availability and pre-order periods, travel dates, minimum and maximum stay periods at designated destinations, may be limited by factors such as departure days and holidays, seasonal price fluctuations, waiting lists, as well as strikes and temporary inoperability of reservation systems and/or may be subject to other changes, conditions and restrictions.

All information relating to the schedule, availability of seats on flights, tariffs and terms of their use, as well as other conditions for the provision of the services offered, is placed on the Site’s reservation system in full accordance with how it is provided in the reservation systems of the direct suppliers of the aforementioned services or their authorized representatives. SIA EUROTRAVEL, despite its competence and careful selection of service providers, is unable to conduct a complete independent verification of the information provided by service providers and cannot guarantee the complete absence of inaccuracies in it, due to which it is not liable to the user for any incorrect data on the services, as well as for any damage or losses caused to the user due to errors in the information.
SIA EUROTRAVEL is not liable for non-compliance with the terms of reservation and tariff application conditions by direct service providers or their authorized representatives, since these terms and conditions are solely at the discretion of these providers.

SIA EUROTRAVEL reserves the right to refuse to provide services to the user without explaining the reasons, in which case the funds transferred by the user for the ordered services must be deducted in accordance with the service provision agreement.

SIA EUROTRAVEL is not liable to the user for the quality and security of the communication channels used during his use of the Site and partner sites, as well as for any loss caused to the user as a result of his use of poor-quality and unprotected communication channels.

All disputes are considered through negotiations, but if such a resolution of disputes is not possible, the dispute is considered in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

PROCEDURE FOR CHANGING THIS AGREEMENT

SIA EUROTRAVEL reserves the right to make amendments to the Terms of Use of the Site and the booking system at any time, as well as to amend the terms of this Agreement, before receiving the user’s consent to its terms. If the time of entry into force of the amendments is not specifically stipulated, they shall enter into force from the moment of their publication on the Site.

OTHER TERMS

The Client assumes full responsibility for the preparation of all documents necessary for the trip. The Client must familiarize himself with the requirements of all countries to which he is traveling regarding the preparation of documents necessary for entry and exit, as well as, in the case of a transit flight, for movement along the entire route, the need for visas, the validity of passports, the preparation of powers of attorney or other documents necessary for the departure of children, etc., and must comply with them. SIA EUROTRAVEL is not responsible for ignorance or non-compliance with these requirements by the Client. Orders placed by the User are irrevocable. After the order and payment are received from the User and during the working hours of its offices, SIA EUROTRAVEL processes the reserved and paid tickets. In some cases, the processing of electronic air tickets takes place within 24 hours from the time the order is placed and time of the payment.
SIA EUROTRAVEL has the right to charge the user an additional service fee: for the services of the electronic ticket reservation and processing agency, as well as for the return or exchange of a previously processed ticket (if possible). The existence and amount of this fee depends on the conditions set by the carrier. The service fee for processing air tickets is included in the order price and is non-refundable if the user returns the ticket. The service fee for returning or exchanging depends on the price of the air ticket, the availability of seats in the specific tariff, and the amount must be specified with the operator on the day of return or exchange.
SIA EUROTRAVEL does not sell air tickets of the following air carriers: Cyprus Airways, Bulgaria Air, Air Asia, Carrebian Airlines, American Airlines, even if there is a possibility to book air tickets for flights of the mentioned air carriers.

Applications for reimbursement of payments are considered within 1 month from the moment of submission.
In the booking system of the Site, it is possible to book air tickets only in economy class. The following rules apply to economy class air tickets:
– air tickets cannot be transferred and compensated, except in cases where the air carrier cancels the flight; In the event that the flight did not take place due to the fault of the airline, SIA EUROTRAVEL reserves the right to retain the service fee when returning money to the client.

– data changes are not made;

– passenger names and surnames are not changed;

– connecting flights may include a train transfer component from one city to another.
If the Client expects a change in the departure date, he must inform SIA EUROTRAVEL about it. SIA EUROTRAVEL may in such a case provide information about flights in a more expensive class, where such changes are possible.
The air carrier has the right to cancel all reservations made by the Client for the same and similar dates with the same and similar names and surnames on the same route.
The air carrier has the right to change the date and time of the flight, and the route, as well as cancel flights. SIA EUROTRAVEL is not responsible for such actions of the air carrier. The possibility of compensation depends on the airline’s rules, and the decision on possible compensation is made by the airline on an individual basis.
The air carrier has the right to cancel the air ticket in full if the Client has not used any part of the air flight (reservation segment). SIA EUROTRAVEL is not responsible for such actions of the air carrier. SIA EUROTRAVEL reserves the right to request the Client to submit additional documents in case the payment is made with a payment card that does not belong to any of the passengers.
All information about the flight, including information about any changes from the Air Carrier, is sent to the Client to the e-mail address specified by the Client during the reservation. The Client is obliged to indicate a correct e-mail address, as well as periodically check their e-mail.
The Client is obliged to inform SIA EUROTRAVEL in a timely manner about the non-receipt of the air ticket.

LOW-COST AIRLINE FLIGHTS WITH CONNECTIONS (LOW-COST AIRLINE CONNECTIONS OR LOW-COST WITH REGULAR AIRLINE CONNECTIONS)

– The Client purchases a separate flight ticket for each flight from/to the airport. Low-cost airlines (airlines: Ryanair, Wizz Air, easyJet, Air Berlin, FlyBe, Norwegian Air, Vueling Airlines, Monarch Airlines) do not offer transit flights (flights with connections). This means that the Client, when purchasing low-cost airline tickets for connecting flights, purchases flight tickets for each flight separately and assumes responsibility if the Client cannot make the next flight. For example, if the first flight is delayed or canceled and the Client cannot make the next flight, he will not be compensated in any way.

– The Client must check in for each flight separately.

– If the Customer has checked baggage, he will not be able to check it in until the destination. The Customer will have to take the baggage out and transfer it to the next flight, therefore, if possible, flights with a longer transfer time should be chosen.

REGISTRATION AND BAGGAGE:

– The Passenger is obliged to arrive at the airport for check-in at least 2 hours before the flight.

– The Passenger must have at check-in: a valid passport for travel, a visa (if necessary) and a printout of the electronic flight ticket (or a paper flight ticket). For passengers under 18 years of age: a printout of the electronic flight ticket (or a paper flight ticket), a passport, a visa (if necessary), a birth certificate and, if the trip is without the accompaniment of one of the parents, a notarized power of attorney.

– Passengers under 16 years of age are allowed on Ryanair flights only when accompanied by an adult.

– Each airline sets its own rules regarding baggage transportation and payment, which are available to the Customer on the Website at the time of booking the flight tickets. For additional information or to ask questions about baggage transportation or payment, the Customer can contact the customer service center ([email protected], +371 67284818, +371 28336655).

– The price of the ticket does not include checked baggage, unless specifically agreed.

– Restrictions on the carriage of special categories of items, as well as other security requirements, apply. Information about these requirements can be obtained on the Riga Airport website http://riga-airport.com.

SECURITY

The Site has been created on the basis of the most modern technologies with the aim of ensuring an optimal level of security for trade transactions using credit cards. The personal data of each client, as well as their credit card data, when working with the Site, are provided with reliable protection. SIA EUROTRAVEL guarantees that information about users using the services offered by the Site cannot be intercepted or decrypted by unauthorized persons. Information protection is confirmed by an SSL certificate. The Site’s operation fully complies with the security standards of the Visa and MasterCard payment systems (PCI compliancy).
